We charge a percentage of the gross load rate — only on loads we successfully book for you. If we don’t find you a load, you don’t pay us anything. No retainers, no monthly fees. Do I have to take every load you send me? Absolutely not. Every load is presented to you with full details — rate, broker, origin, destination, requirements. You decide. We never book without your explicit approval. What if I already have broker relationships I want to keep? That’s completely fine. We work around your existing relationships and add market coverage where you need it. You keep everything you already have. What lanes do you cover? We currently have active market coverage in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Virginia, and Alabama. We can also source loads that originate or terminate in these territories from other regions. Do I need to sign a long-term contract? No long-term commitment is required upfront. We believe the relationship should earn its place — and if it’s working for you, you’ll want to continue. How quickly can you find me a load? Once you’re active in our system, most carriers see their first load opportunity within 24–48 hours. Response time depends on your lanes, equipment, and current market conditions. Do you work with new authorities? We require a minimum of 3 months of active operating authority. This protects you — brokers have MC age requirements, and newer authorities limit your load access significantly. What equipment types do you dispatch? Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, and cargo van (expedite). We do not currently dispatch box trucks, sprinter vans, or moving vans. What is a dispatch fee and how is it calculated? Our dispatch fee is a percentage of the gross rate on each load we secure for you. The exact percentage is discussed during your onboarding call. Our minimum fee is 5%. Do I need factoring? Yes. All carriers in our network must use a factoring company for receivables. This protects your cash flow and simplifies payment coordination. Can I reach my dispatcher after hours? Our standard operating hours cover the primary dispatch window for your territory. Emergency contact procedures are shared with you during onboarding.
