How does OTL get paid?<\/strong>
We charge a percentage of the gross load rate \u2014 only on loads we successfully book for you. If we don't find you a load, you don't pay us anything. No retainers, no monthly fees.

Do I have to take every load you send me?<\/strong>
Absolutely not. Every load is presented to you with full details \u2014 rate, broker, origin, destination, requirements. You decide. We never book without your explicit approval.

What if I already have broker relationships I want to keep?<\/strong>
That's completely fine. We work around your existing relationships and add market coverage where you need it. You keep everything you already have.

What lanes do you cover?<\/strong>
We currently have active market coverage in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Virginia, and Alabama. We can also source loads that originate or terminate in these territories from other regions.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?<\/strong>
No long-term commitment is required upfront. We believe the relationship should earn its place \u2014 and if it's working for you, you'll want to continue.

How quickly can you find me a load?<\/strong>
Once you're active in our system, most carriers see their first load opportunity within 24\u201348 hours. Response time depends on your lanes, equipment, and current market conditions.

Do you work with new authorities?<\/strong>
We require a minimum of 3 months of active operating authority. This protects you \u2014 brokers have MC age requirements, and newer authorities limit your load access significantly.

What equipment types do you dispatch?<\/strong>
Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, and cargo van (expedite). We do not currently dispatch box trucks, sprinter vans, or moving vans.

What is a dispatch fee and how is it calculated?<\/strong>
